Refund policy

At NEWOW INDIA PVT. LTD., we strive to deliver products of the highest quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we're here to help.

1. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be provided only under the following circumstances:

The product received is damaged during transit.
The product is defective or not functioning properly upon delivery.
The product delivered is different from what was ordered.
The product does not match the specifications mentioned on the website.

Replacement Request Timeline

Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

The product must be unused and in its original condition.
All original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and tags must be intact.
The product must not show signs of misuse, installation damage, or physical damage caused after delivery.
Proof of purchase (invoice/order ID) must be provided.

After verification by our support team, a replacement will be processed subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

A replacement with an equivalent product, or
A full refund at our discretion.

2. Replacement Will Not Be Accepted If

Replacement requests will not be approved in the following cases:

The product is free from manufacturing defects.
The customer is dissatisfied with the product despite it functioning correctly.
The product has been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Damage is caused by electrical surge, improper installation, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repairs.
The original packaging, accessories, or tags are missing.
The request is made after 7 days from the date of delivery.

3. Return Policy

As most of our electrical and electronic products are covered under manufacturer warranty, returns are not accepted for defect-free products.

Returns will only be accepted if:

The wrong product was delivered.
The product is damaged during transit.
The product has a verified manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in the following situations:

The order is cancelled before shipment.
The order is cancelled due to stock unavailability.
The shipment is lost in transit.
The order remains undelivered.
A verified defective product cannot be replaced.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the error is on our part (wrong, damaged, or lost shipment).
No refund will be provided for defect-free products once delivery has been accepted.

6. Product Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (₹).
Prices are inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Orders are invoiced based on the price applicable at the time payment is successfully received.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, NEWOW INDIA PVT. LTD. reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
