Refund policy

At NW Newow, customer satisfaction is our priority. We ensure every product undergoes quality checks before dispatch.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product should be in original packaging
  • Invoice and proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used or installed products
  • Products damaged due to improper handling
  • Clearance or special sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange

Eligible products may also be exchanged based on product availability.
